Vimo (GetInsured) is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives for its remote call center. In this full-time seasonal role, you will answer inbound calls from customers who need help with health insurance — explaining plan options, helping callers enroll, resolving questions about coverage and billing, documenting each interaction, and meeting quality and productivity targets.
Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; strong verbal communication and customer service skills; basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems; a quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet. Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and earns a higher pay rate.
Schedule: full-time, seasonal (remote).
Pay: $15.00 per hour plus performance incentives; $17.00 per hour for Spanish-bilingual representatives.
