Customer Care Specialist

Stanford Health Care is hiring a Customer Care Specialist for its Cancer Center Sutter Joint Venture location in Oakland, CA. In this full-time, on-site retail role, you will operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash, check, and credit card transactions, receive and tag new shipments, replenish and organize inventory, conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories, maintain the shop’s appearance, and provide excellent customer service to guests. You will also share merchandising ideas to help drive sales. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, two years of retail experience in a fast-paced environment, strong multitasking and communication skills, and the ability to work varied schedules. Schedule: full-time (1.0 FTE), day shifts, on-site. Pay: $31.77–$35.78 per hour.
