Student PIRGs
The Student PIRGs are hiring entry-level Campus Organizers in Berkeley, CA. As a Campus Organizer, you will recruit, train, and mentor student volunteers and interns; build and lead campus-based chapters; run grassroots campaigns on environmental and public-interest issues; and organize educational events to engage the broader campus community. You will also fundraise to keep chapters student-funded and will manage a summer citizen-outreach canvassing team. Ideal candidates care deeply about the environment and social issues, are goal-driven, and bring strong communication and leadership skills. Schedule: full-time, on-site in Berkeley. Pay: $40,000–$44,450 per year. Start date: November 9, 2026; application deadline November 6, 2026.
