Human Resource Assistant

Cost Plus World Market is hiring a fully remote Human Resource Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for home office, distribution center, and field associates with HR questions by email and phone: resolving or escalating HR system inquiries and password resets, providing basic training on HR systems, partnering with the HCM team on employee relations issues, and handling compliance-related administrative tasks, audits, and data entry. Qualifications: 1–2 years of high-volume customer service experience, familiarity with HR systems and HR concepts, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Ideal candidates are located in California. Pay: $28–$32 per hour, full-time.
